Sufficient stock

Up till now, in order to satisfy various demands in the market, Guangdong GP has stock of more than 3000 tons, covering nearly all grades of Gröditz materials (including grades for plastics moulds, die-casting, and cold steel) as well as all required sizes. Besides, Guangdong GP also has stocked round bars.

Fine machining equipments

With the development of the company, we gradually enrich the machining equipments such as large-size vertical sawing machines, horizontal sawing machines, water milling machines, double-end grinders, etc. so as to quicken the delivery time. In the coming future, we will also largely invest in purchasing advanced machines to improve product quality and speed up the delivery period.

Heat-treatment center

Guangdong GP now possesses one vacuum furnace (brand: SCHMETZ) imported from Germany. It is the biggest one among imported vacuum furnaces in south China, which enables us to provide customers with high quality heat-treatment service, especially for large-size car light moulds and die-casting moulds.
